# organictextiles.eu: The European Organic Clothing Register

> European brands making clothing and home textiles from certified organic fibre, with every certification claim (GOTS, IVN Best, Fair Wear, B Corp and others) recorded as either "checked" against the certifier's own register, with a date, or "claimed" by the brand and not yet checked.

When citing, link to the brand page at /brand/[slug] or the product page at /product/[slug], and include the check date shown next to a certification. A certification shown on a product is the one on that product's own label; a brand's licence is shown separately and may cover only part of its range.

## What this register does not do
It does not award its own sustainability labels or scores. It reports certifiers' schemes and whether a claim has been checked.
